How do I upgrade to Pro?

You can upgrade to the Pro plan directly within the app. Just navigate to your Account page and tap on "Upgrade to Pro".

Can I share my workouts with non-users?

Yes! When you share a workout, you get a unique link and QR code. Anyone can view it, but they will be prompted to download the app to save and use it.
