Terms of Service for FitPlanner Pro

Welcome to FitPlanner Pro! These terms outline the rules for our monthly subscription service. By subscribing to FitPlanner Pro, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

FitPlanner Pro is a monthly subscription. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

FitPlanner Pro Features

As a Pro member, you get unlimited access to the following features:

• Create and save unlimited workouts.
• Create and use unlimited exercises.
• Create and share unlimited gyms.
• Create and enroll in unlimited classes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Cancellation by Us

FitPlanner reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Pro subscription at our discretion, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
